Program structure
- 1 Preparation meeting prior to the course
- 9 Sessions over three months (each session is approx. 4 hours)
- Reading the materials / listening to the audios
- Group coaching may apply.
- Private web portal for the pre-course reading materials, assignments, other requirements.
- All sessions are held on Zoom.
