Hamid Reza Gharib

Hamid Reza Gharib is the founder of Parmenides Consulting Group and a senior consultant. He has more than 25 years of experience in building high performance teams, leadership development and breakthrough project management. He has worked effectively with individuals and corporations in training, developing and coaching more than three thousand people. Hamid is a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Coaching. He holds a B.Sc. in psychology from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Electronics from the Institute of Technology in Tehran. Hamid is bilingual in Farsi and English. He has worked as a senior manager and program leader for various international educational corporations. He is a member of the United Nations Association – USA, Association for Talent Development (ATD), American Management Association (AMA), Organizations for International Cooperation (OIC) and has contributed largely to NGOs and charities in the Middle East.
