Hamid Reza Gharib
Hamid Reza Gharib is the founder of Parmenides Consulting Group and a senior consultant. He has more than 25 years of experience in building high performance teams, leadership development and breakthrough project management. He has worked effectively with individuals and corporations in training, developing and coaching more than three thousand people. Hamid is a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Coaching. He holds a B.Sc. in psychology from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Electronics from the Institute of Technology in Tehran. Hamid is bilingual in Farsi and English. He has worked as a senior manager and program leader for various international educational corporations. He is a member of the United Nations Association – USA, Association for Talent Development (ATD), American Management Association (AMA), Organizations for International Cooperation (OIC) and has contributed largely to NGOs and charities in the Middle East.

Harish Shetty
Harish Shetty is a senior consultant with Parmenides Consulting Group. He has served in the information technology industry for the past 25 years. He brings forth his vast experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Engineering. Harish holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Mumbai University and has completed his MBA in Global Business from California State University East Bay. He has consulted with companies in Asia, South America and USA.
Harish lives with his wife and four children in East Bay, California. In his spare time he likes to train for Marathon and triathlon while raising money for charity. |
