Confidentiality Agreement

I realize that the environment of the center - whether in virtual space or in person - is a personal experience for each member. For this purpose, I undertake and promise to keep the attendance of other members, their information and details, and what they say confidential, unless they have given permission to share this information. I undertake not to have ineffective or negative conversations or actions about other members and facilitators. If for any reason I violate this obligation, I undertake to responsibly compensate for the material and moral damages caused by my conversations or my actions and to obtain the consent of the relevant authorities.

متوجه هستم که محیط کانون - چه در فضای مجازی و چه در فضای حضوری، برای هریک از اعضاء یک تجـربه شخـصی و خصـوصی است. بـدین منظـور متعهدهستم و قول می دهم که حضور دیگر اعضاء، اطلاعات و مشخصات آنها و آنچه بیـان می کنند را محرمانه نگه دارم مگر اینکه این اطلاعات را به استراک گذاشته باشند. متعهد هستم که گفتگوها و یا عملکردهای غیرمؤثر و منفی در مورد دیگر اعضاء و مجریان نداشته باشم. چنانچه به هر دلیلی در مورد این تعهـد خود تخلف کنم، متعهدم که صدمات و خسارات مادی و معنوی وارده از گفتگوها و یا عملکرد خود را  مسئولانه جبـران کنم و رضـایت مسئولین مربوطه را بدست آورم
