رضایت و توافق با به اشتراک گذاشتن مشخصاتم با سایر اعضاء

I have read and agreed with the "Confidentially Agreement", and I also hereby agree to have my profile information as per this form to be shared by the Center for Future Leaders Excellence with the other members of the Center for Future Leaders Excellence. 

من «توافق نامه محرمانه» گروه مشاور پارمنیدس را خوانده و با آن موافقت کرده ام، و همچنین بدینوسیله موافقت می کنم که اطلاعات پروفایل خود را طبق فرمی که اینجا تکمیل کرده ام توسط «کانون تعالی رهبران آینده» با سایر اعضای این کانون به اشتراک گذاشته شود
