Hamid Reza Gharib is the founder of Parmenides Consulting Group and a senior consultant. He has more than 25 years of experience in building high performance teams, leadership development and breakthrough project management. He has worked effectively with individuals and corporations in training, developing and coaching more than three thousand people. Hamid is a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Coaching. He holds a B.Sc. in psychology from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Electronics from the Institute of Technology in Tehran. Hamid is bilingual in Farsi and English.
He has worked as a senior manager and program leader for various international educational corporations. He is a member of the United Nations Association – USA, American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), American Management Association (AMA), Organizations for International Cooperation (OIC) and has contributed largely to NGOs and charities in the Middle East.

سارا صفری کوهنورد ایرانی مقیم ایالات متحده آمریکا است که تا کنون به ۶ قله از هفت قله بلند قاره‌های جهان صعود کرده و تصمیم دارد پروژه خود در صعود به هفت قله بلند هفت قاره جهان را با هدف کمک به سازمان‌های فعال در زمینه کمک به زنان در سطح دنیا انجام دهد.[۲] وی توانسته‌است قله‌های آکونکاگوا (بلندترین قله آمریکای جنوبی)، البروس (بلندترین قله اروپا)، کلیمانجارو (بلندترین قله آفریقا)، پونچاک جایا (بلندترین قله اقیانوسیه)، وینسون (بلندترین قله جنوبگان)، دنالی (بلندترین قله آمریکای شمالی) از پروژه ۷ قله بام قاره‌های زمین را با موفقیت صعود نموده و تنها قله اورست بام آسیا از این پروژه باقی مانده که در سال ۲۰۱۵ بر روی این قله نیز ۲ بار تلاش کرده و به علت وقوع زمین‌لرزه ۷٫۹ ریشتری نپال و بروز حادثه و شکستگی دست، از صعود به این قله جاماند. سارا صفری به عنوان نخستین زن ایرانی موفق به صعود قله آکونکاگوا در آمریکای جنوبی شده‌است. همچنین وی به قله‌های چوآیو (ششمین قله بلند دنیا و یکی از هشت‌هزارمتری‌ها) و رینیر در ایالت واشینگتن نیز صعود کرده و عواید همه این صعودها را به آموزش دختران نپالی اختصاص داده‌است
